Frederick the Penguin is the main antagonist of Season 1 of Migraine Hill and the posthumous antagonist of Greg's arm arc. He is a ruthless neo-Nazi bent on world domination.
BEFORE MIGRAINE HILL
During World War II on 1935, Nazis stole two penguins from the coast of Antarctica; one emperor penguin and one normal penguin. The normal penguin, nicknamed "FREDRICK-1" was given a serum which made him a killer Nazi penguin that could talk. The emperor penguin, nicknamed "EUGENE-2" was given a serum that allowed him to talk, but still maintain his personality traits. Next, Adolf Hitler had them meet in a separate room. EUGENE attempted to socialize with Frederick, but ended up getting sliced in half and eaten, much to the Nazis' shock. After this, Frederick was deemed a Nazi bio-weapon that needed to be terminated at all costs. Germany's response to this was to send the penguin onto Normandy's beach to fight. After the U.S. won, Frederick silently sneaked onto the ship, knowing what his allies had died for. He vowed revenge on the Americas and the Allies, and found himself in a little suburban town called Migraine Hill.
IN MIGRAINE HILL
Frederick, after entering Migraine Hill, surgically plans vicious terrorist attacks on the locals and succeeds, killing three. After making a short-lived allyship with Evan, a Russian spy, he rallies up the Swifties for an attack on Migraine Elementary School. There, they fight Mr. Generic, Blumps, Greg, and their forces, ultimately losing but blowing up the main characters, starting Greg's arm arc. He then proceeds to ally with Natalia, another Russian spy, and infiltrate The Pit to destroy the Russo-American Nuclear Arms Treaty, and succeeds. After that, Frederick is shown to look for more allies, as during the Rapture, he attempts to become Satan's apprentice, ultimately becoming hypnotized, but later snapping out of the spell after Captain Diabetes pushes back Satan to H-E-Double-Hockey-Sticks. He then gets captured by Evan's ghost and plays as a part of the SAW puzzle in Episode 6, where he makes his villainous plan and has his villainous breakdown in the epilogue. He then proceeds to become mayor of Migraine Hill under the alias of "Fredronk." He tricks the entire town into voting for him and then proceeds to burn the locals' houses and terrorizing them. He drugs the citizens into thinking that being a Nazi and worshiping Hitler is the only good thing in the world, and they successfully take over the town. Luckily, the main cast who are not infected make a strategy to thwart Frederick's evil plan. They discover that there is a device called the Time Dilation Device (TDD) that makes the town weird, and prevent Frederick getting his hands on it. Unfortunately, he does get his evil hands on it and tries to bring back the German dictator, but instead Greg breaks the TDD when Hitler is halfway through the portal, cutting Hitler in half. Because Hitler created Frederick, he starts to turn to dust. In his last moment, he does the US salute until he is fully turned to dust.
